When investigators received a report that a Broward County man was "targeting young girls" on Facebook, they used an undercover police profile to check out his social media profile.
Soon after that, the undercover officer received a friend request from the man, who said his name was "Palomeque Ramos." Then, the man sent a private message: "Thanks to add me u pretty girl."
In that first exchange of messages, the man offered what he thought was an underage teen girl "blues," or prescription pain pills, and said they were "strong medicine." He also offered "weed."
In exchange, the man wrote back to what he thought was a 15-year-old girl that he did not want money: "Can u pay with sseexx plz?? Or not?"
