Father of Orangevale Sex Trafficking Victim Speaks Out

The Orangevale man thought his daughter was on an overnight trip to Reno with trusted family friends.

Instead he's learned that those friends allowed his daughter to go to the Bay with a group that wanted to sell her for sex during Super Bowl week.

Investigators say his 17-year-old daughter was rescued from a trafficking set-up at a Milpitas motel on Wednesday.

It's the same kind of sting that led to a Denver Bronco player being sent home by his team the day before.

“They’re definitely cowards if they’re taking advantage of underage children," Stone said.
