Pair of airmen stationed at Dover base charged with trafficking, sexually abusing child in dorms

Two airman stationed at the Dover Air Force Base have been charged in connection to sex trafficking and sexually abusing a minor on the base, officials with the United States Department of Justice announced Friday.

According to the release issued Friday, the DOJ said Airman First Class Dalian Washington, 25, of Philadelphia, was charged with sex trafficking of a child and sexual abuse of a minor and Airman First Class Akeem Beazer, 21, of Pompano Beach, Florida, was charged with sexual abuse of a minor.

in August 2016, Washington "obtained a 15-year-old female child" at the Dover Division of Motor Vehicles from a man he believed to be her pimp in exchange for $20.
