Two teens charged with human trafficking after girl, 16, recruited into sex trade

Two teens have been charged in a human trafficking investigation involving a 16-year-old girl.

Police said a girl met two men through a mutual friend Saturday, July 2, who recruited her into the sex trade.

The men allegedly took nude photos of her and posted them online to advertise her sexual services.

Police said she was forced to work over three days out of a motel on Kingston Road, and had to turn over the money earned to the two men, who threatened her with weapons when told she didn’t want to work anymore.
