Children Sold for Sex & Labor

We have more slaves today than any other time in history. At age 12, Victoria Pannell was cast to play the role of “Monica” in a public service announcement to bring attention to online child sex trafficking. Once the shoot ended, Victoria knew this wasn’t really a wrap and embarked on a mission to stop modern day slavery happening right here in our own backyards.
Victoria Pannell is a 16-year-old actress and activist from Harlem, NY. Since age 10, she has been speaking publicly on topics ranging from mental health services for children to the devastating
effects on the family structure from absentee fathers. She is also nationally known for her work in fighting child sex trafficking.
