AUSTINTOWN, OH (WKBN) – A Niles man is facing drug and promoting prostitution charges after a traffic stop in Austintown on Tuesday.
An officer pulled over 44-year-old Troy Tursack for what he called a “view obstruction violation,” as Tursack had hanging dice on his rear view mirror. The officer previously spotted a woman get into Tursack’s car from behind Plaza 76.
Police said an opened bottle of vodka was found on the floor behind the driver’s seat. The woman in the car, 32-year-old Rhonda Cummings, had a warrant for her arrest for a theft charge in Trumbull County.
